WORKOUT SUBSCRIPTION

Gain access to workouts on my training app via your own personal client profile. Workouts are posted 4 days a week with 2 options each day for you to choose from: a home workout and a gym workout.

In order to maximize results, the workouts are not random or varied each day. There is one “Fun Friday” workout that is new each week, but the strength workouts are structured in 3-week phases so you can build on your progress each week & track your goals. This format allows you to increase your strength and gain confidence as you begin to master each exercise. Repetition and consistency is key for seeing results! Every 3 weeks you will get new lifts.

For $30/month, you will have access to all of the workouts, all the time. Everything is available to you on the training app.

Payments will be submitted monthly through the training app once your workout profile is set up. You may cancel at any time.
